I watched Lucifer, a zombie flick called Cockneys vs Zombies which was deliciously gory and graphic, that is just me though. I love that stuff, I am defo a zombie fan. Love me some of TWD and Shaun of the Dead. :D "You've got red on ya!"

Tomorrow, I might just relax with my girls, or maybe finish CvsZ... that one is a real corker. :3

I'm going to just relax now.

Bon nuit!

Shaun of the Dead is a classic! Have you seen the zombie Romeo and Juliet? I think it was called Warm Bodies, John Malkovich was in it? It was lots of fun.

Also, I trust you've seen Hot Fuzz. That's a lot of fun, too. And then there's the classic What We Do In The Dark, now a TV series that I think is in its final season. I haven't seen the series, just the original movie.

Hot Fuzz isn't a zombie flic, but it is lots of fun.  But Warm Bodies was pretty neat.  Oh, I forgot!  Pride and Prejudice and Zombies!  Featuring kick-ass women!  That was a fun film, if quite silly.

So Shaun of the Dead and Hott Fuzz both star Simon Pegg, I can't remember his buddy's name.  Another film of his that's very interesting, IIRC, is called The End of the World.  It's very different, sort of a comedy/apocalypse thing.  I'm a big movie buff, I used to do film programming for science fiction conventions back in the '80s and '90s.  I love B-movies that don't take themselves too seriously.  And I trust you've seen Big Trouble In Little China, and They Live?  John Carpenter is a very fun movie maker.

I think I saw QotD when it first came out.  I'm not really into horror, but comedy horror most always brings me in.  Also, are you into Kevin Smith?  He did this amazingly weird movie starring his daughter and a certain actor friend's daughter called Yoga Hosers.  It's comedy horror, very weird, pretty funny.  Amazing callbacks to his first movie Clerks, with lots of great twists.

Fun fact: I have been in the little supermarket that features in Hot Fuzz. I think I bought a bottle of Sprite or something equally uninteresting. There was a distinct absence of brutal violence.

That is very funny!  I do love that film, I think I have two DVDs of it.  Caught it in the theater, too, not that it had a long run.
